I Daniel Blake is the film that has been causing a stir by raising the awareness of the need for foodbanks and has shocked the viewers of Dumfriesshire who viewed this at the Robert Burns Theatre. Jacquie Matheson, who works at the foodbank, gave a talk prior to one of the viewings and was amazed at the kind donations made after the film.
